As part of its continued growth and organizational development in Belgium, the company is now looking to strengthen its finance leadership. They are seeking a Finance Manager to join the Belgian team and help steer the performance monitoring, and strategic planning across their real estate portfolio.

Jobomschrijving

As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager in Belgium and work closely with the Group CFO. You will lead a small team (6 FTE) and take full ownership of the company's financial operations and reporting:

• Supervise and ensure accurate financial and management accounting
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closings in line with group standards
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and external stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities
• Ensure full compliance with local accounting, tax, and legal regulations
• Oversee audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors and fiscal advisors
• Contribute to strategic decisions by providing relevant KPIs and performance indicators
• Drive improvements in processes, systems, and internal controls
• Support project managers in budget monitoring and profitability analysis
