We are supporting a major telecom/technology player in the Brussels area (Evere) to find a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and develop the AR team. You will work closely with the FP&A and Credit Control teams, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collection, and healthy cash flow management across several entities.

Jobomschrijving

• Manage and supervise the full accounts receivable cycle: invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and reporting.
• Lead a small team responsible for AR operations and aging follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve client queries and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve AR processes and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze AR reports and KPIs to provide insights to management.
• Support month-end closing activities related to receivables and cash application.
