This are your tasks:

• Processing revenue invoicing and maintaining customer master data using CRM software.
• Supporting the cash collection process, including managing reminders and follow-up.
• Communicating with customers in English, both orally and in writing.
• Recording bank statements and reconciling customer accounts.
• Collaborating with the Membership Administration department regarding the customer journey (onboarding, resignation, etc.).
