In this role of Accounting Officer you will support the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
AR accounting: prepare sales orders; create and send invoices;issue credit notes; reconcile incoming payments; dunning unpaid invoices; register revenue recognition.
AP accounting: register incoming invoices and get them through the approval cycle; payments of suppliers and reconciliation of outgoing payments; review and register expense notes.
General accounting: book and reconcile bank statements; register payroll bookings; register fixed assets and book depreciations; register prepaid expenses and provisions.
Financial administration, supplier and customer registration maintenance in Netsuite, SalesForce and on customer portals; prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports;
Assist the team in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
